How to make your eyes to be bigger, more beautiful eyes
by exercising the muscles around the eyes and eyebrows.

Helps prevent and reduce wrinkles around the eyes, crow’s feet, drooping eyelids and eyebrows.

Get rid of bags under the eyes, sagging eyes and dark circles under the eyes.

Let’s get started.
We recommend that you wash your hands first.

Exercise 1
Use fingertips to alternately tap the area under the eyes and move up to the temples for 1 minute.

Improves blood circulation under the eyes and reduce bags under the sagging eyes.

Exercise 2
Place your index finger on the upper eye socket. Put your thumb on the lower eye socket.

Pull it tight and close your eyes, Do 30 times.

Helps to strengthen the muscles around the eyes, reduce wrinkles and tighten the skin.

Exercise 3
Place your index finger on the upper eye socket. Put your thumb on the lower eye socket.

Look up and move the lower eye up. Do 30 times.

Helps lift eyelids, reduce crow’s feet, reduce dark under-eye circles

Exercise 4
Place 3 fingers above the tail of the brow, push it up, look down, and look left and right 20 times.

Helps to strengthen the eyebrow muscles and eyes to prevent sagging.

Exercise 5
Put your hands on your forehead, open your eyes as wide as you can for 5 seconds, repeat for 1 minute.

Do not cause wrinkles on the forehead. Helps the eyes bigger and brighter.

Exercise 6
Place your palms over your eyebrows and over your forehead. Push up slightly, blink 20 times.

Helps to lift eyebrows and lift eyelids.

Exercise 7
Place your palms at the tail of your eyebrows and the corners of your eyes.

Push it up. Blink your eyes 20 times.

Exercise 8
Place your palms at the tail of the eyebrows and the corners of the eyes.

Push it up. Make the O mouth 20 times.

Exercise9
Use your forefinger and thumb to squeeze the eyebrows up to the tail of the eyebrows. Do this 3 times.

Helps to lift the eyelids, making the eyes bigger and not tired.

Do the other side as well.

Exercise 10
Place the palm of your hand over the eyebrows, gently massage for 5 seconds and push up. Do this 5 times.

Do the other side as well.

Finished.
Keep doing 1-2 sets a day and check the results within 2 weeks.
