How to exercise the eyes and eyelids to make the eyes bigger and equal.

We recommend that you wash your hands first.

Step 1 – Warm up

Place your palm on your right collarbone. Tilt your neck to the left to look up and hold for 20 seconds.
Place your palm on your left collarbone. Tilt your neck to the right to look up and hold for 20 seconds.

Step 2 – Acupressure

Use your fingertips to press around the eye cylinder. Do 2 rounds.

Step 3 – Fix the right eye that is smaller or unequal.

I closed my left eye with my palm. Put index finger on eyebrow, Middle finger under the lower right eye,

Stretched taut, and squint for 3 seconds. Do this 10 times.

I closed my left eye with my palm. Place the other hand on your forehead.

Look down and look straight, make big eyes for 3 seconds. Do this 10 times.

Repeat this step one more time.

Step 4 – Fix the left eye that is smaller or unequal.

I closed my right eye with my palm. Put index finger on eyebrow, Middle finger under the lower left eye.

Spread it taut and squint your eyes down and hold for 3 seconds. Do this 10 times.

I closed my right eye with my palm. Place your other hand on your forehead.

Look down and look straight, make big eyes for 3 seconds. Do this 10 times.

Repeat this step one more time.
