How to Get rid of Puffy Eyes and Under eye bags.
Puffy eyes are caused by a build-up of fluid in and around the eyes, this can be due to a number of things, such as:
1. Allergies, The skin around the eyes is very thin, which makes it quite sensitive.
2. Crying, Eye puffiness can also increase when you rub or wipe your eyes after crying.
3. Consuming too much salt, Salt causes your body to hold onto fluid,
and that includes the tissues around the eyes as well. This causes the eyes to puff up.
4. Poor contact lens care, Puffy eyes can happen if you keep your contact lenses in for too long.
5. Age, Some people are genetically prone to eye puffiness, and this tends to show between 30-40 years of age.
