How to sharpen your nose, make your nostrils smaller, and increase the bridge of your nose.
Today we have nose exercises to strengthen the muscles on the sides of the nose.
Make your nose smaller and your nostrils narrower.
Reduce the big fat wings of the nose and raise the nose tip.
Let’s get started
Start by washing your hands thoroughly.
Use your index finger to massage the corners of your mouth to the wings of your nose 10 times.
This will help reduce the spread of the nostrils.
Use your index finger to massage from the corner of the mouth to the wings of the nose,
up to the bridge of the nose to the head of the eyebrows. Do 10 times.
Help reduce sagging that causes the lines of the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and narrows the nose.
Use your knuckles to drag from the side of the nose, push up,
massage from the bottom up and from top to bottom do 3 rounds.
Place your fingertips on your cheeks and use the index finger and middle finger to push the side of the nose.
Massage from bottom to top And from top to bottom do 3 rounds.
Do the other side as well.
Hand on the forehead, use the index finger and thumb of the other hand.
Pull the bridge of the nose up, Move and pull up from top to bottom 5 times.
Place your fingertips in a triangle next to your nose and push up to the top, do 10 times.
Place your fingertips in a triangle and squeeze your nose in. Hold for 20 seconds.
Finished, do this regularly 1-2 times a day.
