How to get rid of deep eyes, hollowed eyes, dark circles and wrinkles under the eyes naturally.
Causes of dark circles under the eyes?
1. The blood vessels around the eyes are not flowing well and insufficient sleep.
2. Older age or genetics.
3. Pigment accumulates in the area under the eyes more than usual such as allergies or cosmetic allergies.
Today we have a way to exercise the eyes to reduce dark circles under the eyes.

Let’s get started
Step 1 : Exercise

Place your index finger and thumb on the upper and lower eye sockets to the side.
Squeeze the temples up a bit. Do 10 rounds.
Place your index and middle fingers on your temples for 10 circular motions.
Place your index and middle fingers on your temples, push them up, and blink your eyes 10 times.
Place your index finger at the corner of your eye and middle finger at the head of the eye,
Squint your eyes together 10 times.
Place your index finger at the corner of your eye and middle finger on the corner of the eye,
Gently press down 10 times.

Look up and down 10 times.

Step 2 : Massage

Bend the index finger on the side of the bridge of the nose, pushing upward massage 10 times.
Bend the index finger on the side of the nose bridge and massage it outwards 10 times.
Use your thumbs to gently massage your temples and drag them down your neck.
Done, do it once a day before going to bed and keep doing it every day.
