5 exercises How to fix sunken upper eyelids, hollow upper eyelids, make firm and volume without filler.
Sunken upper eyelids (or upper eyelid hollowness) is due to Aging-related soft tissue and bone loss.
The other causes of sunken upper eyelids are due to genetics and post eyelid surgery volume loss.
We have ways to exercise to restore the skin of the upper eyelids to be firm.
Let’s get started.
Apply a nourishing cream on the eyelids first.
Use your thumb and forefinger to pinch along the eyebrows.
Repeat 5 times to loosen tight muscles.
Use both thumbs to gently press along the upper eyelid 5 rounds.
Use the middle fingers on both sides to gently press along the lower eyelid 5 rounds.
Use the thumb and forefinger to pull the eyelid surface 3 rounds.
Move up, squeeze the skin above the eye slit 3 rounds.
Use your fingertips to lightly touch the eyelids for 10 seconds.
Place palms on the forehead and eyebrows, raise the lower eyes 20 times.
Place palms on forehead and eyebrows, press down slightly,
close your eyes and open your eyes to look up 20 times
Finished, always do it once a day.
