How to protect your eyes and reduce blurred vision, dry eyes, eyestrain
when staring at a computer screen or mobile phone for a long time.

Computer vision syndrome (CVS) is strain on the eyes that happens when you use a computer
or digital device for prolonged periods of time.

How to take care of your eyes is to rest your eyes often, every 20-30 minutes by looking into the distance.

Or massaging the eyes to relax the eye muscles.

Step 1
