Eye Exercises for myopia
(Myopia, eyes will turn sideways. You have to practice pulling your eyes back in.)

1. Hold the pen in your right hand, cover one eye, look at the tip of the pen, Blink count 1
2. Drag the pen straight forward. Blink count 2.
3. Drag the pen out to the closed eye. Blink count 3.
4. Drag the pen closer to the closed eye. Blink number 4.
5. Drag the pen back to the original position, Blink count 5.
6. Drag the pen back to the original position. Blink count 6.
7. Drag the pen back to the first position. Blink count 7.
Switch to the other side. Do 4 rounds on each side.

Eye Exercises for Presbyopia
(Presbyopia causes more focus. You have to practice pulling your eyes out to the side.)

1. Hold the pen in your right hand, cover one eye, look at the tip of the pen. Blink count 1
2. Drag the pen straight forward. Blink count 2.
3. Drag the pen out to the open eye. Blink count 3.
4. Drag the pen to the open eye. Blink count 4.
5. Drag the pen back to the original position. Blink count 5
6. Drag the pen back to the original position. Blink count 6.
7. Drag the pen back to the first position. Blink count 7.
Switch to the other side. Do 4 rounds on each side.

Eye Exercises for normal eyesight
(Practice your eyes to go in and out according to normal movements, prevent myopia and hyperopia.)

1. Hold the pen in your right hand. Look at the tip of the pen. Blink count 1.
2. Drag the pen straight forward. Blink count 2.
3. Drag the pen out to the right eye. Blink count 3.
4. Drag the pen to the right eye or near the nose. Blink count 4.
5. Drag the pen back to the original position. Blink count 5
6. Drag the pen back to the original position. Blink count 6.
7. Drag the pen back to the first position. Blink count 7.
8. Change holding the pen in the left hand. Look at the tip of the pen. Blink count 1.
9. Drag the pen straight forward. Blink count 2.
10. Drag the pen out to the left eye. Blink count 3.
11. Drag the pen to the left eye or near the nose. Blink count 4.
12. Drag the pen back to the original position. Blink count 5
13. Drag the pen back to the original position. Blink count 6.
14. Drag the pen back to the first position. Blink count 7.
Do a total of 4 rounds.

Eye compress

After completing the eye exercises to relax. You should compress your eyes as well.

Use a cotton ball dampened with water. (Presbyopia uses warm water | Myopia, normal eyesight use cold water)
Put it on the eyes and leave it for 5 minutes.

Finished, you should practice once a day, every day in a row.
