How to quickly reduce bags under the eyes and puffy eyes with exercise and massage.
Let’s get started.
I suggest you wash your hands first.
Place the middle finger on the inner corner of the eye and the index finger at the corner of the eye.
Look up and lift the lower lash line 10 times.
Close your eyes tightly and open your eyes 10 times.
Look left and right 10 times.
Turn your eyes in a circle to the left 3 times.
Turn your eyes in a circle to the right 3 times.
Place your fingertips on the bags under your eyes, close your eyes.
Move your eyes up and return to the original position 10 times.
Look up, blink 10 seconds.
Look up, press your fingertips under the eyes for 20 seconds.
Apply the cream under the eyes and the bags under the eyes.
Use your fingertips to lightly tap under the eyes.
Eyes look upward for 20 seconds.
Use your fingertips to touch your temples and pull them up.
Use the other fingertips to massage into the eyes 10 times.
Do the same on the other side 10 times.
Use your index finger to massage small circles. Along the upper and lower eye cylinders, do 2 rounds.
Use your index finger to gently massage the corners of your eyes.
Use your index finger to drag from the bridge of your nose outward, do 10 times.
Do it regularly for 1 set a day in the morning.
