How to fix sagging eyelids, droopy eyelids, and excess fat around the eyes.
Sagging eyelids will make you look older before your age.
And sometimes the droopy eyelids block vision, leading to a loss of confidence.
Today we have exercise on the face. To strengthen the muscles within the eyelids
Help tighten the sagging muscles to be firm. Therefore seeing the double eyelid line naturally.
Also makes opening the eyes more comfortable.
Let’s get started.
We recommend that you wash your hands first.
Use your index finger and thumb to squeeze along the brow line to the temple and back, do one more round
And squeeze it to the temples.
Place your finger on the temple and hold it up.
Use the other thumb to rub it along the brow bone up to the temple 10 times.
Do the other side as well.
Place the lower palm on the eyebrow and blink 20 times. This position will feel tight on the upper eyelid.
Place your index finger on the brow bone and the thumb at the bottom of the eye socket will open taut and blink 20 times.
Place your index finger on the top of the eye, press lightly 5 times.
Press lightly on the brow top 5 times.
Press lightly on the center of the eyebrows 5 times.
Press lightly on the tail of the brow 5 times.
Place the tip of your finger on the lower eye socket and press lightly 5 times.
Do 1 more round
Place both fingers on the eye muscles and gently pull them apart for 10 seconds. Do 3 times.
Do the other side as well
Finished, always do it every day 1-2 times a day.
