Today we have techniques.
Reduce puffy eyes, dark circles, wrinkles, crow’s feet for Beginners.
Exercise and facial massage.

Let’s start doing it.

(Warmup – relax the eye muscles)

Step 1
——
Rub your hands until heat occurs and close the eyes for about 10 seconds.

Step 2
——
Use your thumb to press the eye socket near the head of the eyebrow to push up, face down.
Hold for 5 seconds, do this 5 times

Step 3
——
Use the thumb to push the eyebrows up.
To the tail of the eyebrows and eyes, hold and push.
Do this 3 times

Rub the eyebrows and raise the eyes. Do this 3 times.

(Massage stimulates the circulation of blood and lymph)

Start applying eye cream first. If not, use coconut oil or olive oil.
Use your middle finger or ring finger apply under the eyes lightly.

Step 1
——-
Use your fingers to gently press down on the inner corner of the eye.
Follow the lower eye socket until the tail is raised.
Do this 3 times.

Massage in circles. Do this 3 times.

Step 2
——
Use all 3 fingers to sweep from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner of the eyes.
Hold for 3 seconds. Do this 5 times.

Step 3
——-
Use your finger to pull the outer corner of the eyes slightly and Massage up.
Do this for 10 seconds.
Do the other side as well
Finished, massage down the neck.

Step 4
——
Use two fingers to sweep under the lower eye to the tail upward.
Do this for 10 seconds.
Finished, massage down the neck.

Do 2 times a day

Massage also helps to reduce crow’s feet.
Helps the eyebrows and eyes not sagging as well.
